Beer sensory training

A beer starts communicating with us right from the moment it is poured into a glass with aspects like appearance, aroma, flavor and mouthfeel.

Developing awareness with our senses is crucial to build a great palate and it requires a lot of practice.

This is an eight week training module where - 

  • We help your team learn different sensory techniques used by the beer professionals to capture each element of beer sensory. This is achieved only with practice and repetition.

  • We help you develop beer vocabulary with the help of a visual examination of the real ingredients and share some descriptors that enable you to address things more specifically.
